We sell handmade physical goods, including:
stuffed animals
paintings
prints and other artwork
Because all items are handmade, small variations in colour, shape, size, or details may occur. These are normal and not considered defects.
3. Stuffed animals – safety information
My stuffed animals are handmade and include child-safe (“kid-proof”) safety eyes that are securely attached.
However:
they are not certified toys unless explicitly stated
they should be used appropriately depending on the age of the user
small parts may still present a risk if damaged or misused
Products must be used responsibly and under appropriate supervision when necessary.
4. Orders
An order is confirmed once payment has been completed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of error, misuse, or suspected fraud.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect already completed orders.
6. Shipping
We aim to process and ship orders within a reasonable timeframe.
Delivery times may vary depending on postal services and destination.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
7. Returns and refunds

Because products are handmade, minor variations are not considered defects.
Custom or personalised items may not be returned unless they are defective.
