Blue are the flowers on which we bathe,
the wrong way, or is it okay?
Crush no land to make a stand.
We rest, hands and feet on grass,
to touch the ground, make way,
bathe in sound and let ourselves stray.

Straight into mindless matter,
because it’s so difficult to grasp the latter.
We’ve become forgetful of the surroundings,
so elusive, yet so intrusive.
Mind over matter, we snowball toward the boundaries.
Will we ever convey?
Will we ever find a way?
There might be consolation in “the never finding.”
No crumbs left to follow.
Blue will be the path laid out before us,
straight into the narrow forest.
